Complete our Custom Aquarium Design Form and tell us about your vision. The more details you can provide, the better we can understand your goals, space, style, and budget.

We communicate by email to ensure every detail of your project is documented from the very beginning.

Step 2. Design Consultation

Within one business day, we'll be in touch to schedule a personal design consultation. Most consultations are held via Zoom so we can review your ideas, discuss your space, and answer any initial questions.

For larger or more complex installations, an on-site consultation may be recommended before moving forward.

Step 3. Custom Proposal

Based on our consultation, we'll prepare a detailed proposal tailored specifically to your project. This outlines the recommended aquarium, cabinetry, equipment, installation requirements, timeline, and investment.

If a site visit is required before preparing the proposal, we'll arrange this with you in advance.

Step 4. Secure Your Project

Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll reserve your project with:

- A signed project agreement

- A 50% deposit to begin design and production

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

Step 5. Build & Installation

Our team begins creating your custom aquarium and coordinating every aspect of the installation. Throughout the process we'll schedule delivery, installation dates, and any additional appointments required to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 6. Installation & Reveal

The exciting part! Sean and the Holland Custom Aquariums team complete the installation, ensure every system is operating perfectly, and walk you through everything you need to know.

We'll answer your questions, explain system operation and maintenance, and make sure you're completely comfortable before we leave, so you can simply enjoy your new living centrepiece.

Yes, we offer professional assembly services in select areas to make setting up your new furniture easy and hassle-free. This service can be added during checkout if it is available in your delivery area. Our team will assemble your furniture in the room of your choice and remove any packaging materials, allowing you to enjoy your new pieces immediately.
